Hi I've been a regular here for
years but since turning
vegetarian the food can be a
little hit and miss. However
yesterday (Sunday 21st June) I
ordered a vegetarian version of
your lamb rezala, my favourite
dish. I put in the comments I'd
like this and asked for potatoes,
peppers, tomatoes etc to be used
instead of lamb. I was
incredibly disappointed to open
the dish to discover all you had
used was onions. I can't believe
you find that an acceptable way
to make a dish vegetarian. We
were hungry and ate it anyway,
but is this the best you can do?
This really is not acceptable, if
you cannot make a decent
vegetarian curry then I will have
to take my custom elsewhere.
Reply : Hi Sam, We are very sorry to hear that your vegetable rezala was not how you requested. We normally sell lamb rezala which is on our menu however vegetable rezala is not in our menu so although chef read the message to cook vegetable rezala instead but didn’t follow rest of your instructions, We are ever so sorry and we will make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
